This isn't a conversation its a newsletter. I don't want this coming in to me titled this way. It seems the only way to kill these emails is to blacklist community@tomsguide.com which I don't want to do. Sigh....

If you look at the Preferences in your Profile,you can select/de-select the following items:

Receive news and update emails
Receive email when a new conversation message is received

Also, under Privacy, there is this:

Receive news and update emails

I agree. It's misleading if not totally dishonest! It would seem tom's guide is no longer the high quality site it once was when I used to visit here. Also, the response by the moderator to my original post that brought me back here was totally moronic.

Reply to the PM(or send a new PM to Mmohammed) and ask to opt out of the newsletter and you should stop receiving them
