Mobility 4650 DDR2 vs 130m DDR2

I was wondering which of the two aforementioned video cards would offer better performance. Notebookcheck does state that the 4650 would offer better performance, but they do not specify what kind of memory the 4650 uses. They also do not state what kind of memory the 130m uses. So in terms of say, Assassin's Creed II, Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands and Arkham Asylum (please don't include Physx as the 130m wouldn't be able to handle it anyway), which card, both with DDR2, should perform better and by approximately how much? HD 4650M performs significantly better.I can't say how much exactly,but i think the difference is about 30%
