Question Modded desktop driver for RTX 2060 Card in Dell G5 5590

I own a dell g5 5590 laptop with nvidia RTX 2060 gpu. I would like to know is there any modded desktop driver because laptop control panel missing many options the desktop one has. or is there any way to get that options in laptop Im not a tech guy so any suggestions and information would be appreciated.

I would avoid using any drivers but the Dell ones for the video cards since changing drivers tends to break the graphics options for dual graphics cards.
