Modding an Android: What are some ways that I can download any video on google?

Hey. I am an owner of a OnePlus 5T. I move around a lot and I am often without wi-fi. I want to make my OnePlus 5T into an ultimate productivity machine. I want to know what is a way that I can easily download a video (on any website) for offline viewing. I would like it to be as simple as tapping on a certain part of the screen (in case you need to know, it is anime that I am downloading from 9anime.is). I also want to make it so that it automatically saves my tabs for offline viewing.

I'd also like to know if there is any way for me to block all ads without websites knowing.

YouTube Red and Amazon prime both have offline viewing options. Other than that, nothing will work easily for capturing video on a phone. Try Adblock for ad blocking.
