Well, this one is also like most of the quests that you have completed before. It also requires you to hunt down a monster. This one is bigger than all of the previous ones in terms of danger. The name of this monster is Anjanath; even the name is scary! Anyways, the objective of the quest is to kill this monster and if you successfully complete this quest, you will be rewarded with 4320z which a pretty high amount of zenny and you have only gotten this amount once from the previous quest. You need a Hunter Rank of 5 to start the quest which you should already have by now. You will have 50 minutes to complete the quest and it will fail if you either run out of time or faint three times. So with everything cleared, let’s dive into the quest:
1. Before you start this quest, make sure to make some preparations as this one is the dangerous of all. So make sure that your armor is up to the snuff (Defense value of 90 or more) as this one hits hard. Make sure to eat the meal as well. Have at least ten potions along with 10 mega potions.
2. Okay so about finding this monster, you can get some of its tracks in the AREAS 1, 3, 4 and up through Ancient Forest towards its nest that is in AREA 13. So make sure to get your scoutfly level up to reach this monster.
3. The Anjanath is the strongest monster you have fought yet. It is tirelessly aggressive incredibly durable and very hard hitting. It performs various attacks including bites, tail sweeps, kicks and charges that include a short rush as well.
4. The head, tail and legs are the breakable parts of the Anjanath and its tail and head are especially vulnerable to attacks. The head of the Anjanath is more receptive to the damage but the problem is that you will expose yourself if you go for the head. So make sure to try attacking from different angles until you find the one that fits your weapon and style.
5. He is weak to water and resistant to fire. SO make sure to use the weapons that include the water element. So with that in mind, keep fighting until the monster dies.
Once you have killed the Anjanath, carve it and it will complete the quest which will give you a reward of 4320z. Just make sure to use the information mentioned above to finish the monster in first go.
