Welcome everybody ! I am new member and I'm writing to you because I have problem with ma HP Pavilion dv6500. My laptop was imported from USA and I have problem because when I instaled Windows 7 Pro 32bit or Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit I haven't sound :( On volume control option is No Audio Output Device is installed. There is no option in device manager about videos, games, audio. I don't know what drivers should I install because I'm downloaded many of them and any are working.
Please help me and sorry for my English

Hi,

I would start checking in Device Manager under "Unknown Devices" first. If there's an Unknown Devices in Device Manager it could either be one of them there. Right click on the unknown device and go to Properties then click on Details and from the drop down list select Hardware ids, that's what you'll use to identify what those unknown devices are. If you need the drivers you can download them from HP support site.
