Question Moto Z Force not responding to touch

I recently got a Moto Z Force first generation and the touch screen does not do anything sometimes I can get it to work but it is rare Help Me!

If you just got this device (new) and it is giving you any problems at all, return it and have them give you a working one. No new device should have problems.

Now if you got it used, then I would contact the seller and get your money back.

this device looked like it was not used that much

If it was a used device, well then I can't say anything to that. It is one of the reasons I don't purchase used phones, tablets, etc. To easy to get a bad device and no way warranty.

I Think it's a dead AMOLED

There is no quick fix for it. You may have to replace the entire display, and possibly internal parts, to resolve the problem. I would not be surprised if the seller knew it had issues. If purchased online, contact the place you used (say ebay), if purchased in person, well your options are try and get your money back from the seller, look into the parts and cost to do the work yourself, should you feel comfortable doing so, or take it to a local tech and see what they would charge.

I would check cost before as it may well be cheaper to just buy another device.
