MotoZ Camera Issues

My Motorola Z camera stopped working this morning. I tried restarting my phone, didn't work. I tried going into safe mode, still nothing. I looked at Google and couldn't find an answer. Third party apps that use the camera would work but only black and white, rear camera and no flash. Cleared data and cache, force stopped and disabled. The whole 9 yards. Very frustrating! If there is any solution please let me know, I use my camera almost daily and need it!

Since it won't work in "Safe Mode" either, then there may be a physical problem.

If the phone is under warranty, contact the manufacturer. If it isn't you can try a local tech.

I just noticed some small water droplets underneath my front facing lens

Well, that isn't good. If water/liquid got in it, and in there for a bit, that could be a large problem. It needs to be dried out, for days if possible (depending on how much water/liquid) and the battery, SIM, SD card, etc. should not be left in it while it dries. It should also be left off while drying.
