Discussion Mouse gets disconnect on acer e1-571.

I have an Acer E1-571 laptop purchased on Dec. 2014. It has been working fine since then but now my mouse is connecting and disconnecting often. The problem happens most of the time when I connect it on the power supply of my office but it never happened on my home power supply. Approx 10 laptops are connected there but the problem happens only with my laptop. I have updated all the drivers and also tried to find solutions on the internet. If anyone could give a solution let me know.

I have an Acer E1-571 laptop purchased on Dec. 2014. It has been working fine since then but now touchpad scroll bar isn't working after upgrading windows 8.1 to windows 10. I uninstalled the window 10 and installed windows 8.1 but the problem is still persist. Any suggestion will be appreciated.
