Move app to sad card

I did try to move the apps through settings and going to app directly. Then I did press move to St card, but all it keeps saying is that it can't move the app. It is a 16 gb card with only 4 gb used. Don't know what else to do. Please help.

Android no longer has native SD card app support. Generally requires you to root your phone.
