why would i see "mr goole.com" in threads of emails sent to me?

No clue, whoever is sending the email put it there?

Need more info about what is happening exactly, when it started, this happening in all emails, how exactly does it look like (screenshot would be good, just remove any personal info first), is this the sender's name or just in the email? What email service are you using? Could they be adding ads?
