MS Visio 2013 No Longer Displays Previews While Making Changes

As with any other dynamic and sophisticated application, MS Visio 2013 also has a feature of displaying live previews whenever you make any modifications in your document. With the help of the live previews, it becomes easier to assess as how the final output would show once the modifications are committed finally to the creations.

The nature of the live preview is that it dynamically changes the contents on a temporary basis whenever modifications are made to the document. Since while making any changes nothing is permanent, the output displayed because of the live previews are automatically discarded when any other option is used as a part of testing.

MS Visio 2013 has live previews option enabled as per its default configuration. In case you are unable to view the previews which are automatically changed dynamically when you try to make changes in the document, it means that the feature has been accidentally or deliberately disabled.

Whatsoever the reason may be, in order to get the default settings back where the live preview feature remains enabled, you must manually reconfigure your instance of MS Visio 2013.

After going through this tutorial, you will be able to configure your instance of MS Visio 2013 to display the live previews in case the option has been disabled.
