MSI Afterburner Software gives strange results when idling

This problem isn't really harming my system in any way, it's just odd that it exists and it would be nice to fix. I use MSI Afterburner hooked up to a rainmeter gadget to monitor my GPU load and temp from my desktop, and it always works fine when watching a movie or playing a game when there is some load on the card, but I've always seen a strange thing when there is 0 load on my vidcard. The load graph occasionally and randomly jumps up to 80 or 92% then back down within a second or two later. My card's fans never spin up and the temp stays constant, it's obvious that it's just some noise or something with the graph, but it consistently happens while idling. I'll post a pic to show what I mean.
