MSI GE72 Stuttering game

Just bought new msi ge72 2qe. redacted, im so pissed at it's performance, even at
(GTX965m GPU,i7 cpu) i played fallout and Witcher 3 fyi i ran those games at medium and low settings. it will stutter like crazy and unplayable . help was thinking to sell it

Is there a question that we can help you with here, or is this just a complaint? Do you want to know if we have any ideas on how to make it run better?
I have no experience with these laptops, but I do have two offhand suggestions. One, see whether the game is running on the GPU's integrated graphics (does it have them) of the separate graphics; I've seen people stuck on integrated graphics even though the laptop has a perfectly good GPU. Anyone tell us what the utility to see this is?
Second, contact whoever you bought it from. "I have a problem. This high-end gaming machine can't run a basic game at low settings. Can you help me make it work as intended, or is it useless and I should return it for a refund?"
