MSI Ghost GS60 STUCK ON MSI LOGO!!!

Hi so I disconnect the HDD and the SSD, and also the CMOS battery and nothing of this worked! My laptop simply won't respond to anything is stuck on the MSI logo... Please Help and desperate and I'm Ecuador... living in Quito, where the msi tech support is really far away!!!

Hi,

Since you've already disconnected the SSD and HDD and you're still stuck at the MSI logo that means it's a problem with the motherboard already. Do check at the bottom or at the side of your laptop if there's any reset button you can press. If there is press and hold that button for about 5 seconds. If there's none you need contact MSI support for a repair.
