Question MSI gl62m 7RD-1407 and 144hz support

Hi, I have a MSI gl62m 7RD-1407 laptop and i'm planning to buy a 144hz monitor. The problems are i don't know what version of HDMI and Mini display port my laptop has since msi did not put it on spec sheet and consequently I can't decide on what monitors to choose since i'm afraid compatibility would be a problem. Do you guys know a way to distinguish between different versions of HDMI and display ports? And what versions support 144hz?
