Hello people I need help, I got my MSI loptop GL62M 7rd for about 9 months now but suddenly some keys in are not working properly sometimes it works for few minutes and then it doesn't like R,F,C 0,9,8 and BACKSPACE. I need help I already factory reset, update the driver of the keyboard and uninstall it the loptop but still not fix it's so frustrating. I dint spill anything in it or press it too hard thing at all.

If you got it that recently, then it should be under warranty. Contact the manufacturer.

i already did, whey wont ship international. And i think its fix already I re-install SCM and its working fine since yesterday night
