Hi,
Laptop model: Gs73vr 7RF

As the title says, after putting my laptop to sleep (or hibernate) my laptop doesn't fully come back online.
I normally just wake it up by pressing the power button but all this does is to turn on the keyboard lights, the power button light and a small led indicator for the battery.

And that's it. It doesn't respond to any key press or mouse or hitting f8/11/9 etc.

Now I have managed to get it to move past that and start up but that required me to try several things such as:
  • letting the battery die and trying to plug it in and then start it up.
  • opening the back panel up and unplugging the battery.
  • attempting to plug/unplug the power cable while its attempting to start while being on low battery.
When I did get it working I immediately checked for any driver updates for things such as intel rapid storage (or any other ones I came across in my Google search for a solution).

I also did a windows update in case it was somehow going to fix it, but alas it did not.

If anyone has any clue or could point me in the right direction it'd be a great help !
Thanks in advance
