MSI Laptop stuck in repair loop

Recently I did some file cleaning and most likely accidentally deleted important files which caused all my files to stop working/deny access because of Bad Image/Error or something and it went on for a day and got fixed by itself the next day despite my attempts to make it go back to normal. I found it strange so just to be sure I decided to do a repair/reboot on the laptop but then it got stuck in a loop and wouldn't get fixed no matter what. I was told to get a DVD or flashdrive to fix the issue but I couldn't get it and decided to try to fix the laptop a different way on my own and clicked System Recovery for the laptop. Now the laptop won't even shut down and is stuck in the MSI Recovery Screen with 0:00 Elapsed Time (despite it being like this for hours) saying Windows Recovery Failed, reboot later. After a while even that got fixed but my laptop is still stuck in the loop and I don't have the flash drive or know how to solve this

I use a WIN 10 by the way.
