MSI laptop upgrade

Hi everyone,i want to ask about MSI GE62 2QC vs GE62 6QD

I can see the difference is the CPU
2QC has i7-5700HQ
6QD has i7-6700HQ

Is there anything else ? the others are the same right ?
the case, i mean the apearance, the dimension of the laptop are the same right?
Is it worth to buy the 6QD ?? or the 2QC is enough now ??

The i7-5700HQ is actually marginally better than the i7-6700HQ. And yes, the appearance and dimensions of the laptops are the same for both. Although on the website, the ad copy mentions 1x USB 3.1 Type-C for the 6QD, as well as DDR4 RAM. The 2QC only uses DDR3L RAM. It also shows a full color backlit keyboard for the 6QD, but only a white backlit keyboard for the 2QC.

So the 6QD is the superior machine in a few ways. Not sure how much of a price difference there is between the 2.

Hi, thank you so much for that, when i google-ing , i search for GE62 teardown to see the ssd slot( for upgrade )
some has 3 slot but some has 1 slot ? i don't know why? i'm really confuse, of course in my opinion i want to buy the one which has 3 slot ^^

Nevermind about the ssd spaces in the 6QD. I read the spec incorrectly. Sorry.

Oh, thank you so much of your info. How long do you think i can use a 2QD ? i mean when will it be "out-dated " ??, because it has been release for 1 year, so it is old and you know technology is changing everyday. what do you think ??
