Msi R6950 Twin Frozr II can you unlock it to the 6970?

I was curious is you can unlock this card to the 6970

From what I've heard, there is no dual bios switch, so you are at risk of bricking your card. So no.
But the Twin Frozr III cab OC very well.

Again, this is just what I've come to understand while doing my own research, feel free to correct me.

what card does have both bios switches for under 280

i got the dual bios with dual bios switch on my sapphire 6950 3L and it did not unlock,and i tried every possible solution (took me 5 hours to do all of them).The manufacturer cut it out,it has dual bios,but its "double BS".
It is like playing roulette...If i were you i would go for 6970 which you can get used in very good condition for about 280...
