I've been looking for a while and it doesn't seem to be a common problem.
Issue: randomly, when laptop is in use, screen will freeze up, if turned off, computer will not turn on screen while powered on (note that any accessories aka:keyboard/mouse/2nd monitor will not receive any power if connected) after a few minutes, computer will go back to working normally
Notes: 2 modified parts from original store purchase
-Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD 2TB NVMe M.2 Internal Solid State Hard Drive
-Kingston FURY Impact 32GB (2x16GB) 3200MT/s DDR4 CL20 Laptop Memory Kit of 2
.Both items installed and replacing original parts
-when booting up, system note pops up that A driver cannot load on this device (ENE.Sys)
I just want to know what steps I can take to fix this issue.
