Multimedia-Laptop Asus or Dell

Hallo,

i'm intending to buy a new laptop. I would like to have:

- battery time at least 4 hours
- display: 15,6'' / 1920x1080
- aluminium chassis
- matte display (not a glossy one)
- without Touchscreen
- able to play cod 4: mw
- Linux (Ubuntu) compatible

i'm using the notebook for watching movies (720p or 1080p), gaming and doing office tasks (word, powerpoint). i'm intending to set up a dual boot with Windows and Ubuntu i'm not sure, but for now i think it's going to be one of those:

1) Asus N550JK-CN109H / N550JK-CN296H

2) Dell Inspiron 15 7537-2620


what do you guys think? Which one should it be? Do you know other products with similar specs? Please let me know!
