What do I need to stream music from my pc to wired ceiling speakers, I want to play music in my store for customers from my office computer what component do I need between the pc and the speakers

Im trying to run the speakers just to a box that would book to the pc from audio out to an audio in almost like using a speaker selector box but that just passing the sound out to speakers all the time

Yes that "box" is called an amp. Audio out from computer goes to an amp, amp is hooked up to your speakers. Type of amp you would need depends on what speakers you have and how many.
