My 32 inch smart TV remote is no working

I was just using my Xbox then I tried pressing the volume button then when I pressed it I mute the TV I tried more button s and it muted it now it's no working what the point of getting a smart TV if it does not work

Have you tried new, fresh batteries in the remote?

Or perhaps a smartphone app matched to your TV (make and model)?

Check the manufacturer's website. May be some button combination to factory reset the TV. Reset and reconfigure.
