my A,B,enter and slash key is not working on my laptop

I tried to press my A, B, ENTER,AND \KEYS ON MY TOSHIBA SATELITE IS NOT WORKING

There are few things you can check when it comes with keyboard issue with laptops.
1. Keyboard settings
- Make sure that the Keyboard language or Region are all set to United States.
- Go to Control Panel and select Region and Language, make sure everything is set properly in each tab
2. Driver issue
- You can uninstall/reinstall the keyboard driver
- Go to Device Manager right click on the keyboard driver and select Uninstall.
- Reboot your laptop and it should reinstall the driver automatically after the restart.
- You can also do System Restore, put it back to an earlier date before your keyboard failed on working properly.
3. Hardware Failure
- If the keyboard is working thru the Onscreen keyboard or using an external that's a hardware failure and replacement is needed to fix the issue.
