My acer 2 in 1 keeps freezing

Hello. I have an Acer Aspire R11 and a few days ago I got a virus. I've been using a few different antivirus softwares. They were helping a little but werent really taking the virus off. After I did a scan I restarted my 2in1 and it let me log in but after that it went to a page that says Enter a product key to verify windows and then freezes so even if I did know where my product key was I wouldnt be able to type it in. Please help I cant find anything online

Have you tried activating Windows from Safe Mode? If that will still not work I would suggest reinstalling Windows itself.

Hello! Thank you for replying. Although I tried restarting in safe mode my 2in1 just freezes on a black screen. Also I am not able to restore to factory settings because I cant get past the black screen/ windows key verification.
