My Acer Aspire E11's curser is not moving.what i can do?

Need to ask a few things:
-Are you using the pad on the laptop or a usb mouse?
-If using the pad is there a red or orange light showing on the pad? (usually in one of the corners)

I think you mistakingly disable the touch pad, if theres a light on the pad it try to tap it 2-3 times and then you should be good.

Do you have a mouse that you can plug into it? Try that and see if it helps. Also if you gain control of it run your anti-virus/malwarebytes and do full scans.
