My Acer Laptop is Turning on but Display is not coming

Hi,

Test weather if it's the LCD or the graphics card is faulty using these troubleshooting steps.
- First do a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then boot it up.
- If hard reboot won't fix the problem, connect an external monitor and see if the display would be the same with it's built in display.
- If the display is normal on the external display that means it's the built in display that is faulty. If it's the same that means it's the graphics card that is faulty so a repair would be required to fix the GPU.
- What you can do if the built in display is faulty is to check the ribbon cables first that connects it to the motherboard and see if they are seated properly (both ends).
- If it doesn't solve the problem that means replacing the display would be the only solution.
