my acer laptop screen glitches whith a line a cross the screen then it go white and if i don't turn it off and i open it the s

it go gray when i don't turn it off and i closes it then minutes later i open it the screen is gray and when i watch videos or do anything a dotted line goes across the screen and it glitches and i can't work at all with it it also goes completely white sometimes why what do i do

First you should try connecting an external monitor to it to see if it has the same issue, If screen displays OK then the problem would be internal laptop cable or the screen.
Sounds like an internal cable to the screen causing the problem the connection sometimes comes loose. You'll have to find someone to help test it on a external monitor.

im having a similar problem but mine is on my external screen (TV) only when watching films. my acer aspire 5536 has a smashed screen i can only use external screen. sorry for butting in by the way. any help is much appreciated
