My acer laptop turns on then off but the lights flashing

Hello, I got my computer to on and i reset it to out of the box condition and now it will turn on and allthe lights will flash. It will run for about 30 seconds and then shut off agian. It is pluged in and the batery light is constantly flashing. I need help I don't know what to do. Please Help??
