My Acer one cloud book 14 has a black screen and it won't turn off . how do I fix it ?

It was working fine yesterday , but today when I tried to use it today the screen was black and it won't turn off

sounds like stuck in sleep mode. push and hold power button to kill it. press power to start up. if It starts, change settings to shutdown
or hibernate from the power button and the windows start button.
