my android phone says managed roaming and screen is frozen is it because of my new tablet im using

I received my new tablet today, I signed in with my same account from my Google account from my android phone and now my phone is frozen on a screen that says managed roaming and I can't access nothing not even my settings. Any suggestions

Have you tried resetting your phone? I have my phone and tablet (Galaxy S3 and Nexus 7) logged into the same Google account and have had no problems.
