Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Do a hard reboot first, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then boot it up and see if it would charge.
- If these doesn't work do try to uninstall/reinstall the battery driver in Device Manager.
- Next is to test the AC adapter if it's still supplying enough voltage or try another AC adapter that has the same voltage.
- If using a different AC adapter will work, you know the problem already but if the same problem will persist that means it's the battery that is faulty.
