Question My Asus laptop won't power on

I have a problem with my Asus (F543MA-DM695T) laptop, I can't turn on my laptop without connecting with Adapter Power Cable or without removing the battery from inside (non-removable battery) and putting it back, but after turning it off I need to unplug and plug the Adapter cable again in order to turn on. Can someone give me any suggestions?
