My asus notebook is plugged in and charging but the battery is stuck at 32% does not increasing.
and thebar is not moving too. I haven't charge it for 4 days. I just bought it for two weeks. Help me please.

If it is that new and doing this, take it back to where you got it from and have them give you a correctly working device. No new device should give you such trouble.

okay , will do. Before this , I still can charge. But just yesterday when I wanna charge it's giving problem. Just because I didnt charge it for more than 4 days. Hmm. Thanks ~
