It would help if you could tell us more. The most anybody can tell you from that information is that you need to charge your tablet. It's not much to go on.

Same problem. i send it back twice and each time the Co claim they can't find anything. STOP BUYING ASUS PRODUCTs IT's PURE JUNK.Toshiba is better and painless.
