My at&t zte will not turn on! I hate this phone!!!

I took the battery out a couple times for like a few seconds, does the length of time matter?

Can you provide any more details? Is the phone just completely not turning on, unresponsive? Are you able to test a different battery, to see if it is a battery issue or the phone itself?
