Question my at2020 doesn't work with phantom power box

so, i just buy at2020 and after i test it, it doesn't work with my phantom power box (https://www.amazon.com/Neewer-1-Channel-Microphone-Condenser-Recording/dp/B014H8AWGC)
is that i have to buy another audio interface?

How are you connecting that power box to the computer? It may also be the thing is just broken. Is the power light on, power supply warms up?
