Solved! My battery non-removable won't charge

I have Asus F550Z with a non-removable battery it's been like a year my battery won't get complete charging to 100% and after 8 months didn't get charged anymore all I get is plugged in not charging and on the same time my computer get sleeps by himself I think that because of the battery
My question is if I remove my non-removable battery my computer will work well as if he have a battery

Many laptops won't work without a battery in them. If the device is still under warranty, contact the manufacturer about having it replaced.

Most laptops will run fine off of the mains with the battery disconnected. You can try disconnecting the battery if you're comfortable, just take care not to damage anything accidentally (especially if you're under warranty).
