My bluetooth JAM Transit headphones

My bluetooth JAM Transit headphones pair up with my iPhone6S perfectly. However, How do I get them to appear on my Dell Desktop computer. When I right click sound then Playback, I only see my Desktop speakers as a default. I need to add my headphones as an option.

your dell desktop doesn't have bluetooth.

you need a dongle like this.
