My camera picture are cloudy please help

When i take a picture and i put them to my wall gallery they look cloudy snowy

Also try not to shoot towards the sun if you can because this can lead to unwanted image flares
(if it was a dedicated camera, I would say take off any filters[light can bounce back and forth on the lense and filter], but this does not apply.).

Maybe post some examples?
