My chromebook has a very dark blue screen. The power button lights up, and it beeps twice. What do I do?

There are probably hundred brands and models of Chromebooks. What brand / model is yours?

When do you see this dark-blue screen?

It is Toshiba Chromebook 2, 13.3", Intel Celeron 3215U, link here. After turn it on.

I have tried remove the battery, press power button over 1 minute as suggested by others, not working for me.

If your laptop is still under warranty, you better contact Toshiba for support, or their support forums.
Try obvious stuff - removing the battery, twisting it a little bit... It's a nice machine, so it's pity it failed (and one of the reasons I don'y buy refurbished stuff)
