My Chromebook is locked up

C720 is locked on the last screen I was using... Nothing works... no keys, no mouse. When I shut the cover the screen blacks out. When I open the cover it lights back up to the same screen. The blue battery light is shining, but nothing works..
I'm using the Google Chrome.

I just spotted a little message at the bottom of the screen that says "Waiting for cdn0.nfiximg.net"
Can anyone out there help me???

Hold in the power button till it shuts off, see if it works OK after that.
