My compaq presario is in hybernate mode and is not responding. Help me sort this

What have you tried to get the unit out of hybernate? Since you mentioned the notebook is only 2 weeks old I would contact HP Support. Hi

Do this...

Press power button for 10 seconds... and it WILL turn off....

Then go into Windows and turn OFF all Hibernation and sleep mode settings...

Windows hibernation/sleep has been a problem since Windows ME....

EVERY Pc and lappy that comes into my shops for anything....gets it ALL turned OFF...
