So I bought a new SD card and when i went to open it, it loaded for a long time and said "please insert disk." I thought maybe the card was corrupted so I tried it on my phone and it works just fine. I then tried my phone's SD card and it also didn't working. So fine i thought the sd card port on my computer was broken, so i bought a sd card to usb one, and it still gave me the same problem. How do I fix it?

I checked disk management and it freezes every time i insert any sd card into the computer.

Solution
Depending on how big the SD cards are, buy a card reader that support SDHC cards.

If the reader doesnt support SDHC / high capacity SD cards then it wont read it

What version of windows is installed?

I am running W10
both are 32gbs. Both readers supported SDHC, it used to work in the past. Just not anymore.
I tried formatting it in command prompt and it gave this:
"DiskPart has encountered an error: data error (cyclic redundancy check). See the system event log for more information."

I right click on it and it loads for over a minute then after trying to format it it says:
"Microsoft was unable to complete the formatting"
