My computer does not hold charge.

My computer is All-in-one Acer aa3-600-ur10. My battery doesn't hold charge. I sent it to Acer to replace a battery, but my problem was not solve. I think my computer does not shut down completely because screen still work after turning off. I wonder if anyone who use this computer has same problem?

hello there thanks for that video but let me ask this is this a laptop or a desktop? and it looks like its running android? have you tried posting this in the correct forums? because this is laptop general not laptop support or desktop support i doubt many people know much about android in this forum also if you sent this in for repairs and it came back broke then i would send it back and have them fix it again because thats there problem not yours i would send it back. good luck to ya

Thank you. This is a desktop. A technician said a battery usually lose 30% in 8 hours for this model.
