My computer starts with strange graphics and then doesn't start... black screen

A few days ago, my computer suddenly starts showing me a bunch of strange colors on the screen. I turn it off and then turned it on again. Once I turned on, the VAIO logo was flickering, as well as the Windows logo. After this, was on a black screen without any response or graphics.
I tried to access the BIOS was also with black stripes and the letters seemed to be changed (as shown on the image attached).
What should I do?

Try to connect another monitor to your lap, to see what kind of picture you'll get. From what I can see, your graphics card is gone.

I tried to turn on again the computer, magically started to as nothing... I gave time to save the data... but gradually, it started to loss the image. Like ghost images and multicolor lines. Later, blinking and later on completely black again.

Is there any way to know if the graphics card is gone?
