Solved! My computer won't stop crashing

My computer is having a problem that each 2 seconds it has something like a crash (like a massive frame drop). It happens every 2 seconds no matter what i'm doing.

So it slows, then speeds back up. Have you rebooted? So many people just leave theirs on all the time and that can lead to problems like this. Sleep and hibernate don't count. I mean an actual shut down and then turn on.
