my contacts and call logs were erased how can i retreive them

My contacts n call logs were deleted is there anyway to get them back

Call logs, probably not, contact your service provider. Contacts, maybe if you had them saved to cloud storage or ever backed up your phone to a computer. Did you? If not, then they are gone. You may be able to re-create them though text messages manually.
